Many ISO 9001:2015 implementers are concerned about how external auditors will recall all of the requirements.

This article will tell you about the technique.

First of all, you have to understand about the requirements that were built based on PDCA model.

P is Plan

D is Do

C is Check

A is Action

The second part that you need to know is ISO 9001:2015 standard. It has 10 clauses. Clauses 4 to 10 are required for audits

Clause 4: Context of the organization                    Clause 8: Operation

Clause 5: Leadership                                               Clause 9: Performance evaluation

Clause 6: Planning                                                   Clause 10: Improvement

Clause 7: Support

Overview of the requirements

When in the stage of Plan, you focus on how you work and draw up a plan. Planning on your achievements which applies to clause 4, 5, 6 and 7.

 

Moving on to the Do stage, you apply your plan to your company. It contains clauses 8 only.

 

The Check stage is about analysing and evaluating the data that you get from Do to find out the improvement solution (action plan). It contains clauses 9 only. 

 

Finally, the Action stage where you implement the action plan for improvement. It contains clauses 10 only.
