ISO 41001:2018 Facility Management System (Facility Management Standard) is management system for operation and maintenance to develop and manage facilities by combining knowledge in various fields for efficiency and effectiveness to society, community and organization in the way that the individual interacts with the environment to have a better quality of life.
Example facilities in building/factory/company such as electrical system – (stand by generator, UPS), fire suppression system – (Alarm, Sprinkler), security system, cleanliness, garbage, elevator, escalator, information system, water system, HVAC system, etc.
